Join us for a six-week virtual series to discuss strategies for new parents and techniques for caring for their newborn. Support will be provided for parents and baby. Topics will include sleep, nutrition, body mechanics, return to exercise and more. The classis led by occupational therapy professionals.

This class is open to current Mayo Clinic Health System OB-GYN patients in the Southwest Wisconsin Region.
